Hey what a great time we had, I have now got the “Bug” and brought a s/hand trailer tent and we are going to be with you at start of the new season.We hope the weather has not been too disastrous for you, the free spuds were absolutely fine, lets hope the rest of your crops are as splendid.Kind regardsSteve, Debbie, Lynne and me.

We had a wonderful time staying on your site! We have been talking and would love to come again next year!!
The toilet and shower facilities were 'spot on'! So clean and all that hot water! Brilliant!!
We had such a good time, the site was perfect, so glad the weather held out for the whole 2 weeks!
The walks and cycle routes were great. We went on a bike ride all the way round the lake, it was brilliant and quite a few times we had a walk to the Atlantic Inn! We have fallen in love with Porthleven, we have even made friends with a couple of the locals!!Thank you again for making us feel welcome!

Hello to you all, Just writing to say 'what a fantastic campsite!' We had a great time and it was lovely to be somewhere so quiet, beautiful and freindly. The showers were lovely and hot and everything was so clean. It was great to meet you and to recieve such a relaxed and kind welcoming. Dear Wendy and Martin
We were sorry not to see you to say goodbye before we left on Saturday. We had a great holiday and loved the site and surroundings at Penrose.
Thank you for sharing your land with us – we walked down to the view point a couple of times and are very envious of your working environment! Thank you too, Martin, for taking good care of the ‘facilities’ and for setting up the cold drinking water tap.
We do wish you well with the site; I’m sure you’ll work hard to preserve that wonderful atmosphere of space and informality which is so appealing.

We enjoyed our stay on the Penrose Camp Site very much, so I don't think you have seen the last off us yet.
The website brings back the good memories, especially the second image on the page 'facilities' (nice tent there in the background!).

Had a lovely time in Cornwall and we both really enjoyed staying in your field. Peaceful and quiet and the facilities although you described them as basic they were very good - going back to basics is what camping is all about. Will definitely be back and will reccommend you highly.Thanks again Sheila

Stayed at our camp site over the bank holiday weekend and had a great time. Also took some of pototoes back to London, we make super roast pototoes. So thank you very much. Alistair

It was a most relaxing holiday - the camp site is so quiet, with panaramic views of the countryside. When you go to bed at night all you hear is the sound of the sea in the background.
